Challenge: The PowerCare division needed help initiating an effort to improve brand recognition and educate target customers more effectively. PowerCare asked Spinakr to assist with development of concise messaging that could be reinforced across all sales channels, and to assist the Interstate team with the redesign of their website.
Outcome: We performed an in depth competitive analysis that helped create concise value propositions and messaging differentiation for two divisions of the business. We presented our positioning document along with recommendations for how to align sales channels with the consistent message. We also created supporting marketing materials such as customer success stories, brochures, and presentations. This messaging became the framework for the website content and redesign.
Shortly after this work, Interstate Battery was successfully acquired by Power Storage Solutions.
