Deliverables: Technology consulting with a Brandworkz implementation that included both Brand Management capabilities (CMS pages and Logo finder) as well as a robust, multi-brand DAM with automatic transcoding of assets into various outputs.
Challenges: A pool equipment company with multiple sub-brands was looking for a digital asset management system that was easy for their users to navigate and find relevant guidelines and images for each brand. They needed support with the transition including technology consulting and making best practice recommendations for sitemap structure, building out metadata schemas, and importing thousands of product images.
Outcomes: The result of the project was a robust Brand and Asset Management portal for the Zodiac family of brands. They continue to expand their usage by adding customizable Web to Print templates and encompass their user base, languages, assets and guidelines for their newly acquired Fluidra brand, which now expands their user base and presence across the globe.
Zodiac employees voted this as the most valuable internal project of 2019 for the company, winning the project manager a trip to Cabo.
