Club P 2024: Luxury Event Branding

Introduction

Fluidra’s Club P incentive program is designed to celebrate and reward top-performing partners with an unforgettable annual experience. For 2024, the destination was Barcelona, Spain — a city rich in culture, architecture, and energy. Spinakr was tasked with building a cohesive event brand identity and full suite of creative deliverables that reflected both the prestige of the program and the vibrancy of the location.

The Request

Club P trips are Fluidra’s flagship incentive experience, and the creative needed to communicate exclusivity, sophistication, and excitement. The request included:

  • A unique brand identity that tied the event to Barcelona’s iconic character and modern flair.
  • Digital and print assets including invitations, and communications to build anticipation.
  • A responsive event website to manage attendee logistics and showcase the itinerary.
  • Onsite branding and collateral to create an immersive environment across venues and experiences.

The Solution

Spinakr developed a comprehensive creative system that blended Barcelona’s cultural richness with a modern luxury aesthetic:

  • A custom event logo and theme inspired by Barcelona’s architecture, colors, and dynamic lifestyle.
  • A dedicated trip website for seamless attendee access to schedules, travel updates, and highlights.
  • Event collateral and signage — from banners and podiums to merchandise and environmental graphics — ensuring every touchpoint carried the Club P identity.
  • Video and digital content to tease the trip, engage attendees pre-departure, and capture highlights during the experience.
